Kirk Creek Properties is accredited by the National Home Watch Association
What is Home Watch?
According to the National Home Watch Association (“NHWA”), Home Watch is defined as a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues.
In order to receive accreditation, NHWA members need to pass a background check and insurance and bonding coverages must be verified. Each member must abide by our Code of Ethics and set of standards. Membership in the NHWA can be verified by visiting our NHWA Accredited Member Locations Page or by contacting the NHWA. See below for the NHWA Code of Ethics and Mission Statement.
